A. Delivery

1. Does AlphabetPharma deliver drugs?

– Prescription drugs: AlphabetPharma only sells prescription drugs at AlphabetPharma pharmacy when there is a valid prescription. Prescription drugs are not sold online.

– Over-the-counter drugs: You can order over-the-counter medicines online via the website AlphabetPharma.com.vn or order call center 028 7100 2929 .

Over-the-counter drugs are only sold online by boxes/vials/bottles, not individually by units of tablets/blisters/packets… to ensure the quality of the drug during transportation. To buy individual tablets/blisters/packs..., please buy directly at AlphabetPharma pharmacy.

2. When can I receive my order?

AlphabetPharma commits to delivery with the time shown in the order, after you select the suggested shipping unit for the order, at the time of placing the order. You can check the status of your order through the website AlphabetPharma.com.vn or contact the call center 028 7100 2929 to know the expected time of receiving the order.

3. How is the shipping fee calculated?

AlphabetPharma delivery depends on freight:

Delivery unit

Geographic distance between the pickup address and the pickup address (warehouse or AlphabetPharma)

Weight and packing dimensions of the products in the order

In addition, you can enjoy preferential shipping fees from AlphabetPharma's Monthly Shipping Fee Support Policy.

The total final order value including shipping (if any) will be displayed in the order

4. Does AlphabetPharma ship internationally?

Currently, AlphabetPharma only delivers within Vietnam and does not support international delivery.

B. Delivery Information

1. Am I notified before delivery?

AlphabetPharma's shipping partners will contact you prior to delivery.

2. Can I schedule a delivery time?

Please contact AlphabetPharma customer care for the best support.

3. Can I check the goods before paying?

- Before paying for the order, you can ask the delivery staff to open the package to check the product's appearance (not including product trial).

- In case you are not satisfied with any product in the order, at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the entire package or pay the full value of the order and return it. back to the postman to deliver.

4. If delivery fails, will AlphabetPharma notify me?

In case the order has not been successfully delivered to you for the first time, AlphabetPharma will contact you to reschedule the delivery.

If AlphabetPharma is unable to connect with you or the carrier cannot successfully deliver the goods to you on the second delivery, the order will be canceled by the system. AlphabetPharma will re-deliver up to 3 times for an order.
