1. Conditions for return and exchange

Alphabet Pharma supports product exchange in cases of online purchase at www.alphabetpharma.com.vn as follows:

• The product is damaged in transit

• Defective product due to manufacturer defect

• The product delivered does not match the order ordered

• The delivered product is not in sufficient quantity according to the ordered order

Note: Returned products must be unused products, with original packaging intact such as stamps, stickers, boxes, barcodes, warranty card (if any), coupons/gifts (if applicable). yes); Product is returned with a receipt, invoice or VAT receipt (if applicable).

The return policy will not apply to the case where customers go directly to ALPHABET PHARMA store to receive online orders. Please check the product carefully at the store and immediately notify the staff if there are any problems.

2. Time to apply for return and exchange

Customers please contact ALPHABET PHARMA immediately within 12 hours after receiving the goods. ALPHABET PHARMA will confirm information and guide customers to return products.

Customers return products within 02 days from the date of receipt of goods at the address:

The time to receive the refund is based on the receipt stamp of the delivery unit if the customer sends the goods through the shipping units.

3. Return cost

If customers are in Ho Chi Minh: ALPHABET PHARMA supports free door-to-door return service, please contact customer service for the best support.

If customers are in other areas: please pay the return shipping cost in advance to the carrier. After receiving the product, if the error arises due to ALPHABET PHARMA or supplier error, ALPHABET PHARMA will refund this value to the customer.

For cases where the product does not meet the conditions in points 1 and 2, ALPHABET PHARMA will return the product to the customer and this shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

ALPHABET PHARMA will refund the actual value of the product excluding promotional values, discounts (if any)

Note: For orders using AlphaCoin points through Alphabers card:

AlphaCoin accumulated points will be deducted directly from Alphabers account when the redemption/refund request is confirmed successfully.

ALPHABET PHARMA will refund the product value in the following ways:

• Bank transfer if the initial payment is COD. Transfer fee will be paid by ALPHABET PHARMA

• ATM card (with Internet banking registration) if the initial payment is an ATM card.

• Credit card if initial payment via credit card

The refund process will be completed within 48 hours from the date ALPHABET PHARMA verifies the correct status of the return. ALPHABET PHARMA will notify customers via email or phone after completing payment.
