Desloratadin 5mg F.T.Pharma (10 blisters x 10 tablets/box)

Indications

The relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and urticaria.

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity to desloratadine, loratadine, or any ingredient in the formulation.

Compositon/Ingredients

Dosage and administration

Adults and adolescents (12 years of age and over): 1 tablet once a day. Intermittent allergic rhinitis (presence symptoms for less than 4 days per week or for less than 4 weeks) should be managed in accordance with the evaluation of patient’s disease history and the treatment could be discontinued after symptoms are resolved and reinitiated upon their reappearance. In persistent allergic rhinitis (presence of symptoms for 4 days or more per week and for more than 4 weeks), continued treatment may be proposed to the patients during the allergen exposure period.

Precaution

The safety and efficacy of Desloratadin 5mg F.T.Pharmain children below the age of 12 years have not been established. In the case of severe renal insufficiency, desloratadine should be used with caution. The use of Desloratadin 5mg F.T.Pharma during pregnancy in breastfeeding women is not recommended. Patients should be informed that very rarely some people experience drowsiness, which may affect their ability to drive or use machines. Patients should be aware of how they react to drug before driving or operating machinery.

Store at temperature below 30 degrees Celsius, protect from light.
